I offer psychotherapy for individuals residing in Texas and Illinois. Therapy involves setting goals and treatment planning to reduce symptoms of mental illness, express emotions, learn new ways of coping, process traumatic events, and understand difficult thoughts and behaviors.

Please note I am not a trained relationship or family counselor and I do not see couples or families at this time.

I work with individuals to process and express emotion and learn emotional regulation strategies. Art making can be done in collaboratively in session or outside of session. I guide clients toward making meaning from their unique creative processes.

Coaching services are available to people all over the world and are not billable to insurance. Coaching involves setting goals around general wellness, creativity, and managing daily life rather than focusing on treatment of mental health concerns.

I offer letters of support for adults looking to access gender affirming care such as hormone replacement therapy and surgery.
