Hi, I’m Chance!
I’m glad you’re here. It’s so important to find a good fit when searching for a therapist.
I approach therapy much like I try to approach life: with authenticity and humor. I believe that we feel most alive when we are understood and celebrated for who we really are.
Connection is healing.
It is my hope that I can help others access their inner creativity, unlearn the coping behaviors that no longer serve them, develop self compassion, and get curious about their needs and desires.
I enjoy helping people get “unstuck” by challenging the harmful narratives they hold. I use my background as an artist and art therapist to help clients express themselves authentically, find joy in every day life, access playful parts of themselves, and rethink how they want to show up in the world.
