Fees & Insurance

In-Network: I am currently in network with several BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, and Aetna plans. For in-network clients, I will file insurance claims on your behalf and collect payment from your insurance company. You might be responsible for co-pay or co-insurance at the time of service.

Out-of-Network: For clients who are not insured by the companies listed above, I can work with you to send out-of-network claims to your insurance company to seek reimbursement for sessions. You will pay me a fee at the time of service, then get reimbursed by your insurance company.

Please note that in Texas, most HMO plans do not have out-of-network benefits. If you get insurance through an employer (PPO and EPO plans), you might have benefits that we can use to help lower the cost of services.

I will do what I can to help you navigate insurance, but I am not always provided with the most up-to-date information by insurance companies. Your best bet is to call the customer service line or look up your benefits online.
